ARIZONA CHARITY #1 Arizona Rebekah Lodge #1 was instituted on May 21, 1880 in the Arizona Territory. This lodge was the first Rebekah Lodge in Arizona. There were 21 charter members. Over the years other lodges in the jurisdiction choose to consolidate with Arizona #1 and the Name was changed to Arizona Charity. The lodge is very active in the community and the Arizona Rebekah Assembly. The Lodge is proud to be the home lodge of several Past Presidents of the Rebekah Assembly of Arizona. Meeting are held on the first and third Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm at their lodge hall located at 1618 W. Indian School Rd. in Phoenix.
